Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kynovix Studio's website and services, operated by Tradealgosuite Technologies Ltd. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

We provide software development services including website design, e-commerce, web applications, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and related support. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.

Project pricing is set out in your proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in that proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of work.

You agree to provide timely access to information, content, feedback and approvals reasonably required to deliver the project. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
